We did not like the terms of use that you are required to agree to in order to use this site. The terms not only require you to have Internet access and a valid email address but you also have to submit to receiving electronic communications. If you inform Hutton Lane that you would rather not receive communications from them they may terminate your right to use their websites.
In general, we have deciphered that these terms of use may mean that they will send you spam and if your try to opt out of receiving spam emails they may terminate your forum. Their sample forum was also full of spam posts.
