But storage space is limited to 20MB although you can add more for $1/month per MB.

In terms of board customization, you can adjust board background, board color, text color, link colors, board logo, button selections, display formats and more. You can have threaded, non–threaded or semi threaded presentation for your board.

Posting Options:  

Posters can use a simple WYSIWYG editor or HTML editor. Members can upload files, insert images, use smilies, vote on messages and receive email notifications. To help with quality control there is a spell checker and a preview.

Administration Tools:  

BulletinBoard.com tools for board managers or administrators are plentiful. This forum service offers many more tools than most services. Managers can set membership requirements, edit posts, group members, assign moderators, impose filters, create sticky messages and forum introductions. Protection/Security Features:  

This service offers a decent collection of security features but not everything we were looking for. BulletinBoard.com enables administrators to ban IPs and forums can be set to password accessible only. This forum program can also watch for excessive invalid login attempts, this information can be used to block potential hackers or spammers. We did not notice spam posts in their sample posts like we have seen on other sites.
